SOS Pool Services Logo Design

SOS Pool Services is a swimming pool maintenance, equipment service and repair company that has been around for over 30 years. Their experience in the industry makes them one of the most reputable and recognized swimming pool service and repair businesses in the Los Angeles area. The professionalism and expertise of their technicians are second to none, using the latest equipments and techniques to ensure a clean and healthy pool for each client. We were honored to take on this big project for SOS Pool Services which consisted of a website design, along with a new identity for their company.

The logo design for SOS Pool Services needed to be very simple and straightforward, appealing to a demographic of both young and old adults. The water drop symbol is utilized in the logo as the universal symbol for water. We tilted the drop on its side, giving it the ability to point to its right where we could then include other important information (this is how the drop is used on the website and business card). The word “Sos” is written in a tilted font, signifying speed and again pointing to the right.

The color scheme used for the logo and website is not the typical blue usually associated with pools, but rather shades of teal paired with a sunset orange shade.

The uniqueness of the colors add to the memorable quality of this brand, for whom we were proud to serve and design for!
