AFO Pool Service Logo Design

AFO Pool Service specializes in full service maintenance, repair, and weekly service for swimming pools in and around the Glendale, CA area. With the large number of swimming pool service companies in Los Angeles, it was important to create a memorable logo for AFO Pool Service that would stand out among the competitors. We also designed the website for AFO, ensuring a cohesive identity throughout all design platforms.

The logo design for AFO Pool Service is very simple and clean. As most people know, the water used for pools and spas is mostly filtered, cleaned, and used again (unless evaporation has occurred, in which case some new water is added). This is an ongoing process throughout the life of the pool, so we wanted to incorporate that idea into the design of the logo as well. The wave motif is utilized in the design, wrapping around the letters “afo” to create the symbol of infinity.

The colors of the logo were chosen to reflect the calm, outdoor aspect of pools. The dark teal with the bright turqoise compliment eachother and differ from the everyday sky blue or bright blue we see for pools or water symbols.
